The daily care for our professional service includes the 14-day exchange guarantee.
Do the purchased wines/strong drinks not meet your expectations?
You can exchange unopened and undamaged wines/strong drinks up to 14 days after the purchase without giving a reason. The only condition we set is that the bottles were stored in good conditions. By "well" we mean a space not exposed to daily sunlight, with a max. temperature of 18°C and with average humidity.

RETURNS CAN BE DONE IN TWO WAYS:

Bring or return the wines/strong drinks together with the delivery note to Likor Bredabaan 746 in 2170 Merksem.
How to proceed
1. You send email to hello@likor.be to announce the return.2. This email should include the following:

• your order number
• your item number(s)
• your bank details (IBAN - BIC)

3. You return the bottles by mail.
Once we have received the package in good order, we will refund the actual amount paid (ex. verzendingskosten).
